After placing your order an account is automatically created with all your informations so you just need to login to your account you will see your sales receipt there.

If there are any defects on our parts sold we will make it right. We do not accept returns on trikes. Please understand what the trikes are and what to expect when it is delivered. We are a small family business with a few employees, not amazon. You can't return a motorcycle to Yamaha once you buy it.

Yes, any item listed out of stock will be restocked within a time frame of 14 days please just be patient we always prioritize the best satisfaction for all our clients. 

Absolutely! We happily ship to anywhere in the world. We charge a $175 crating fee to cover the materials & labor of packaging up your new TGV Mini-Trike well enough to travel by ocean or air to you. YOU will need to  pay once we give you the weight and dimensions of your shipment.

If it is something we just can not get figured out via email, we will certainly have someone call you. We just want to operate as efficiently as possible so that we make sure we are getting back to everyone who is interested and that nobody "falls through the cracks." 

 Our prices vary depending on the build but you can look at our in stock units on the Shop page! The good news is that if you aren't located in Pennsylvania, you don't pay sales tax on your order.

We plan on offering basic rollers in the future, but we don't offer them right now. Stay tuned to our socials below to find out when we do start to offer them.

We do not offer dimensions or plans, blueprints, or any other intellectual property related to our products. We invest a lot of time, money, and heart into our designs. We are thrilled that you are interested in what we do but if you want to get involved, just buy parts or full builds directly from us. 

The answer is no. We have one instagram account (@TheGarageVlog) that we utilize and conduct business on. Unfortunately we’ve had several followers succumb to scammer pages offering free trikes with the promise that you only have to pay for shipping, usually in gift cards or a form of virtual payment like venmo. We will never ask for payment over an instagram message. Any other account other than our main page is a scam. Please be on the lookout for and block/report any other suspicious pages! The main offender is “the garage vlog order platform” but most others steal our pictures and change one or two letters in their username to trick our followers.
